You will need download the application form bellow (Word or PDF). Please read the instruction for the entering form and fill in all sections, then sent it to Congress.

You will be asked to pay the annual membership fee at the post office, when the secretariat contacts you after the application is accepted.
Please notice that the secretariat will not send you any receipt, you will need to keep the receipt for the payment.
After the payment is accepted and your admission is approved by directors, the secretariat will send you a membership number and password for the online journal, “Journal of Human Genetics”.
